Competent Authority for Sri Lanka

A person or an Institution may forward a request to the Competent Authority using the form provided in the link below, to verify whether an asset held by such person or entity belongs to a designated person, entity or their associates. The request shall be accompanied by details of the asset and the owner or controller of the asset as known to the person making the request. After evaluating such requests, Competent Authority will provide the requesting person or Institution a response stating whether the verification can or cannot be done.
