Non Designation (False Positive) Certification
A person or entity claiming that he or it is not a designated person or entity may apply to the Competent Authority requesting the issue of a certificate stating that such person or entity is not the person or entity whose name appears on the designated lists. Such person or entity should use the form provided in the link below to apply for a certificate from the Competent Authority. If the applicant is not the person or entity referred in the designated list, Competent Authority will issue a Certificate of Non-Designation (False Positive) to such applicant within a reasonable period of time.
